Depression...There are so many ways humans can experience it.  For many, it's something that's so well-hidden, you wouldn't even know they suffer from it.  I would never have guessed this about Jen because she is so happy and upbeat.  As many of us realize, there are good days and bad days.  Her story is something many of us can relate to.

In her words:

"Amazing husband, amazing children, amazing life, so what is wrong with me?

I am tired, so very tired….

Postpartum, What is that?  I don’t have that! It’s mind over matter, it’s not real…

My words are spoken too soon…….

My family is my life line.  Our love is the rope that binds us together.

In my darkest hours the strength of my family pulled me out into the light.

His arms feel so warm, hugs from my children make me smile again.

He is my ROCK, my children are the glue..  We are ONE!

Together, bound as one we can get through anything.

We are tethered together until death do us part."
