Margaret at Village Gate: West Irondequoit Senior Portraits

Meet Margaret Mayer.  Margaret's a senior at Irondequoit High School and one of the most talented actresses I know!  I've been watching her on stage for years and she can do it all.  From singing to dancing, comedy to drama, she has been entertaining family, friends and the community at large since she was little.

Luckily for me, she chose Hayes Photography for her senior pictures.  I was thrilled!  We sat down, Margaret, her mom and me, to discuss all the options for sessions and products and formed a plan to shoot at Village Gate.  Village Gate is an old factory complex in the downtown Rochester area converted into independent shops, restaurants, salons, offices and loft residences.  It offers a variety of backdrops which make it an excellent location for senior portraits.  Margaret had several wardrobe changes so we took advantage of the various indoor and outdoor location options for her Experience Session.

On top of all her stage productions, Margaret is on the school swim team, sings in chorus, is involved with several clubs and organizations and loves her social life. She hopes to pursue a theater degree in college and is in the thick of auditions as of this writing.  I wish her all the best for those and for the rest of her senior year.  I loved creating some unique images for her and for her family!
